William Lowe

William Hastings Lowe, age 84, died April 15, 2014 at Cincinnati Veterans Medical Center. He was a retired teacher and a member of Burlington 1st Church of Christ. William AKA “Bill City” served his country proudly by serving in the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife Judith; 2 daughters Debbie Thomas and Dawn Courtney;4 sons Stephen Lowe, Artie Crawford, Bruce Crawford and Chris Crawford; 13 grandchildren ,2 great grandchildren and two brothers Donald and Michael Lowe. A daughter, Karen Brenner, predeceased William. Visitation will be Saturday 10am until time of service at 12 noon, at Burlington 1st Church of Christ. Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North in Williamstown. Memorial contributions may be made online to the Christian Student Fellowship at UK@ ukcsf.org.
