Rita Mary Bedel

Rita Mary Bedel, 97, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at Carmel Manor. Rita was a housekeeper and member of St. Augustine Church and Blessed Sacrament Church, and served as a Eucharistic Minister at both.  She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Bedel, parents Harry and Amelia Kohrs, siblings Joe Kohrs, Jerry Kohrs, Ralph Kohrs, Harold Kohrs, Edwin Kohrs, Doretta Hicks, and Mary Watson.  Rita is survived by her children Cindy Dusing (Bernard) of Crestview Hills, KY, Al Bedel (J.R.) of Louisville, KY, Ed Bedel of Dayton, OH, Greg Bedel of Florence, KY, and Gary Bedel of Springboro, OH, 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and a brother Paul Kohrs (Lil) of Dayton, KY.  A visitation will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 9am until 10am at Blessed Sacrament Church, in Ft. Mitchell, KY.   A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the visitation.  Interment will be at Mother of God Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be sent to Carmel Manor, 100 Carmel Manor Dr., Ft.
