Richard A. McQueen, 70, of Covington, KY (born in Aurora, IL) passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY.  Richard worked as a manager of inventory and product control for Seal Master/Emerson Power Transmission.  Richard was a member of St. Barbara Church and an Associate of Sisters of Notre Dame.  Richard is survived by his wife Jo Ann McQueen (Weber), sons Michael John McQueen (Tammy), Richard Willard McQueen (Michelle), and Robert Paul McQueen (Jana), grandchildren Bailey, Noah, MacKenzie, Meaghan, and Mesa McQueen, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving family members.  A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017 5pm until 7pm at St. Barbara Catholic Church, in Erlanger, KY.  The Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow and begin at 7pm at the church.  Memorial Contributions may be sent to Sisters of Notre Dame Ugandan Mission 1601 Dixie Hwy. I am so sad to hear of Rick’s passing. You and Rick showed such incredible love and support to me over the years, and I cannot thank you enough for that. Thank you to both of you for being so wonderful. You and your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers, and I will always be grateful for the opportunity to have known Rick.
