Marcella Herzog

Marcella Margaret Herzog, 94, of Elsmere, KY passed away Thursday December 9, 2010 at her residence. She was a retired St. Henry School cafeteria worker. Mrs. Herzog retired at age 79 after 24 years of service to the school. She is a member of St. Henry Church and Legion of Mary. Mrs. Herzog enjoyed and was very dedicated to her family and loved family activities, traveling, gardening, and embroidery. She is survived by: her children Celeste Guenther, Lou Herzog, Mary Ann Cahill, Bernie Herzog, Janet Campbell, Joan Ives, Dennis Herzog, Mike Herzog, Ron Herzog, Karen Hamann, and Greg Herzog; 30 Grandchildren, 47 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Sisters Rosella Lauer and Martha Steffen and a Sister-In-Law Sr. Catherine Herzog. She was preceded in death by her Husband Ralph Herzog in 1981. A Visitation will be held Tuesday December 14, 2010 4pm until 8pm at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Cremation Center Erlanger, KY. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday December 15, 2010 10am at St. Henry Church Elsmere, KY. Entombment will be in St. Mary Cemetery Ft. Mitchell, KY.
