Evelyn R. Thiel

Evelyn R. Thiel, 93, of Florence, KY passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Rosedale Green Care Center in Covington, KY. Evelyn was born May 21, 1927 in Richlands, VA to the late Lawrence and Willie Mae Barrett. She was preceded in death by her husband: John “Russ” Thiel, her son: Greg Thiel, and all 6 of her siblings. Evelyn is survived by her caregiver Joyce (Curt) Dringenburg, her beloved grandchildren: Laura (Chris) Adams, and Drew (Amanda) Thiel, and her great-grandchildren: Harlon and Harper Thiel, and Audrey and Avery Adams. Evelyn was loving and compassionate, and her family was always her top priority. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her great joy, and she loved her time with them. Evelyn will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind, but her memories will be carried in their hearts forever. Evelyn will be laid to rest on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY.
