Autumn Alisha Collinsworth
Autumn Alisha Collinsworth, 39, passed away suddenly Wednesday April 12, 2023 at St Elizabeth Medical Center in Florence, KY. She was an equipment operator with Riegler Blacktop for the past five years. Survivors include her children Brayden Collinsworth, Karlissa Collinsworth, Weston Collinsworth and Kaylana Fabre, mother Kathryne Clayton, father Tom Webb, brother Arthur “Chip” (Anita) Mink III, sister Crystal (Jason) Yeary, brother Michael (Kristen) Mink, half-sister Patti Webb and boyfriend Morgan Murphy.
