Vernon Price
Vernon Lynn Price, 52, of Hebron, KY passed away unexpectedly on August 14, 2021. He was born January 12, 1969 in Brinkley, AR. He proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. Vernon was a very loving man with a great sense of humor, and he enjoyed spending time with his family. His father, Vernon Howell Price preceded him in death. Vernon is survived by his loving children: Vernon Kyle Price and Sara Dunmire, his dear mother: Rosa N. Evans, his siblings: Samanthia (Josh) Beattie, Sammie James (Christy) Baker, Valarie (David) Norfleet, and Johnny (Melissa) Price, and several other loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A visitation will be held for Vernon on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 11 AM until 12 PM at Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005. A service will be held immediately following at 12 PM at the Funeral Home. Vernon will be laid to rest at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, 205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097 following the service.

My prayers and condolences
My Condolences go out to the family of Vernon Price. I have known him for 8 yrs and have seen him almost everyday. I will miss him terribly and especially miss how he would always playfully tease me like a funny uncle. He was always so caring, and kind and always asked if I was doing ok. He was a real genuine person. He was a fellow veteran I definitely looked up to. RIP Vernon. I know you are in a much better place than here!
Peaceful rest
As our family looks to the Lord, we know this is the time he chose to call Vernon home. We will miss him dearly, but we realize he is now in the care of God, which is a very happy place, watching over us all, smiling from the joy of being in his presence. Vernon’s love was genuine, heartfelt, and ran so deep. I’m thankful to have been so blessed to have such a great cousin. He is now at rest in the arms of God , at peace in such a beautiful new home… Heaven

This was such a shock for me to hear such news, as I am sure it was for your family as well. I remember growing up with these kids and know how close all of you guys are in your lives. My heart breaks for all of you and for his children. Sending prayers and support for your family during this time.
