Stanley Wayne Frietch

Stanley Wayne Frietch, 82, of Burlington, KY, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Villa Springs Care Center. Stanley worked at American Airlines for 32 years in fleet service, he was a longtime member of Mary Queen of Heaven Church, he served in the United States Army, and he loved gardening, fishing, carpentry, and working with his hands. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Hilda Frietch; and his sisters, Mary Ann Ashcraft and Bernice Fussinger. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carole Frietch; his daughters, Pamela (Artie) Reekers, Patricia (Glenn) Roberts, and Peggy Frietch; his brother, Bill (Rosemary) Frietch; and his sister, Marjorie (Harold) Zimmerman of Burlington. He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Christopher, Steven, and Lindsey Reekers, and Jessica and Justin Washum; and his great-grandchildren: Tanner, Madilynne, Alanyna, Ashdyn, Andileigh, and Aiven. Visitation will be on Friday February 17, 2017 from 11:00AM-1:00PM at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 1:00PM at the church.
