Linda Marie Metzger, 66, of Edgewood, KY, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017, at University Hospital, in Cincinnati.  Linda was a graduate of St. Henry High School and worked as a sales associate for Anne’s Hallmark.  In her spare time, Linda was an active volunteer at the Kenton County Animal Shelter.  She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Jean Beneking in 2000.  She is survived by her husband of 43 years Edward Metzger, son Adam Metzger (Lisa), grandchildren Alec and Bryson Metzger, father Ottie Beneking, sisters Karen Santoro (Salvador) and Lisa Kidwell (Jay), and many nieces, nephews, and loving family members.  A visitation will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 10am until 12 noon at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY.  Funeral services will immediately follow and begin at 12 noon.  Interment will be at Highland Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.  Online condolences can be made at www.linnemannfuneralhomes.com
