Theresa McCann

Theresa McCann, 66, of Florence, KY passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. She was born December 21, 1955 in Covington, KY. She had worked for 30 years at Meritor in Florence, KY. Theresa enjoyed the simpler things in life. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking; chicken and dumplings and mac and cheese were a few of her more famous dishes, and she liked to take cruises. She enjoyed watching “Days of our Lives”, and spending time with her cat, Nosy Rosy. She was preceded in death by her parents: Richard and Loretta Ritter, and her brothers: David Joseph Ritter and Chuck Ritter. Theresa is survived by her loving husband: Mack McCann, her beloved children: Scott Ross (Leah), Catie Kreimer (Jorden), and Angela McCann, her cherished grandchildren: Aubrey and Kyli Masters, Annika Kreimer, and Allie Ross, her dear siblings: Richard Ritter (Harriet), Cindy Allgeyer (Joe), Ruth Garnett, Paul Ritter, Cathy Hays (Bud), and Joanie Cain (Bob), her brother-in-law: Mark McCann (Robin), and numerous loving nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held for Theresa on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005. A service will be held immediately following the visitation at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Theresa will be laid to rest at Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery in Florence, KY following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation at 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306 in memory of Theresa.
