Ruth was a beacon of compassion and love, her heart radiating warmth to all who knew her. She was deeply devoted to her family with their well-being always her utmost concern. Among Ruth’s many passions were her garden where she found solace among the trees and blossoms. She found beauty in the simplicity of nature and joy in watching and hearing the birds sing. She loved to read.

Ruth always loved engaging her wide circle of family and friends. Her infectious laughter and genuine kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She had a knack for bringing people together and her home was often filled with many visitors.

Ruthie had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life indulging in Hallmark movies to engaging in lively games of dominoes. Another joy for Ruth was being a devoted fan cheering on the Cincinnati Reds.

,

Thinking of you all.

Steve, Linda, Jim, Diana, Greg, Karen, Cherie, Doug and Pam.

I’m so saddened to hear of your loss. It’s been so long, but I have so many fond memories of visiting with your family at Christmas so long ago. Aunt Ruthie (to us) was such a big part of those memories, and we mourn your loss from afar. God bless.

Marty Davis.
