Ronald Lawrence
Ronald L. Lawrence, age 71 of Burlington, passed away August 14, 2021. Ronnie was a dog lover, and absolutely loved his grandchildren. He enjoyed collecting antiques, riding motorcycles and was an avid John Deere fan and even had his own Model B.
Ronnie is survived by his sons: Ryan (Rachel) Lawrence and Cory (Brooke) Lawrence, Ryan and Cory’s mother: Denise Oliver, grandchildren: Riley, Rory, Reed, Aubrey, Courtney, Gretchen, brothers: Jerry Lawrence, Roy Lawrence, Paul Lawrence and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents: Jerome and Ruth Lawrence.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Linnemann Funeral Homes, Burlington from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Services will immediately follow. Burial will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Online condolences can be left at www.LinnemannFuneralHomes.com

Cousin
Ronnie was my cousin. His mother Ruth and my father Carl were siblings. Ronnie and I spent time together as children. Our Aunt Ann brought us down to Kentucky from Chicago. All the cousins had a great time together in those summers. I brought my daughter for a family gathering at his house a number of years ago. I met his sons and we had a wonderful family dinner together. I will always keep him in my heart.
