Pat was born October 3rd 1948. She met Gary the love of her life in high school and from then she and Gary would spend the next 60 years loving each other. While Gary worked and coached little league Pat chose to stay home and raise Dan and Val and loved every minute of it.
She taught Sunday School for many years and not only could quote the Bible but could encourage you and comfort you with those verses when you needed it the most. Pat was a follower and servant of Christ. Her life was a living example of Ephesians 4:32 “And be kind and compassionate to one another forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ”
She was a voracious reader and loved poetry.
She was the person you could turn to with whatever problem you  might have because she wouldn’t judge you, she would just help you. Pat had a flair for making people feel better after talking to her and she let you know that you were loved. What a gift.

She loved endlessly and never stopped giving.
She leaves behind those who will miss her sweet smile, her wonderful sense of humor and her love of laughter.
She lived her life so that the Lord could say to her, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”  She certainly accomplished that.
She leaves a legacy of love for her Lord and her family,  loving mother of Dan and Val and adored Grammy to Zack and Hannah.
Pat left this world with grace and dignity surrounded by those who love her.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary, father, Watt Mosley, mother, Evelyn Mosley, sisters Billie Kaye Mosley and Gail Mosley Emerson.
She is survived by her son, Dan Rice (Chris), Valerie Rice, her two grandchildren Zack Whisnant and Hannah Rice, her three Sisters, Bennie Hoppius (Tom), Sharon Smith, and Jamie Bozeman(Dean) and a large extended family.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 10am to 11am at Linnemann, Burlington with a service to immediately follow. Pat will be laid to rest at Belleview Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Autism Speaks, St. Elizabeth Hospice, or Great Commission Fellowship.

,

You will be missed my friend

Pat, I wish I could of had the opportunity to tell you one more time that I loved you and our friendship. I will miss our conversations that always ended in I love you. You never judged a soul and saw the good in everyone. You my friend will be missed dearly.
In my heart I find peace that you are now with your soulmate again and anyone that knew you and Gary know how special that truly is.
To all your family and friends I pray they feel comfort knowing how much you loved them and being a woman of such strong faith you are rejoicing and guiding them from the other side. I truly know I just gained another angel looking after me.
Rest In Peace my friend.
All my love,
Jody
