Mildred “Millie” M. Ramsey, 96, of Florence, KY born January 11, 1922 in Constance, KY, passed away on July 22, 2018 at Villa Springs Care Center in Erlanger, KY. Millie was a machine operator for Dolly Madison Bakery for over 25 years. She enjoyed playing cards and board games, reading her bible, but most importantly to her was spending time with her family.  Millie was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Ramsey; her siblings, Lawrence Peeno, Joseph Peeno, Clifford Peeno, Angela Lane, Julia Jones, Henrietta Adams, and Frances Bryant; her son, James Smith; and her granddaughter, Heather Smith. She is survived by her grandchildren, Terry Polley, Jimmy Smith, Eddie Smith, Vincent Smith, Francesca Switzer, Jessica Toller, and Troy Smith; and her daughter-in-law, Connie Smith. She also leaves behind 21 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren, and her dear friend, Terri Gentry. Visitation will be on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 10:00AM-11:30AM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger, KY. A short prayer service will follow the visitation at 11:30AM at the funeral home.Memorial contributions to: The American Cancer Society P.O. Mildred was such a good, loving Christian woman, who loved all she came in contact with. She loved her grandchildren and I know they will miss her too. She will be sadly missed. Rest in peace. Love and prayers to the family.
