In remeberance of Mike

Mike Johnson is one of those people who will never be forgotten. He had a tremendous influence on all who were fortunate enough to work with him and call him a friend. I was one of those people. There is no shortage of stories, both hilarious and heart warming, that energe as I remember Mike. Like all the rest of us who served as United States Probation Officers with him….there was rarely a dull moment..thanks to his bigger than life personality. I have never known anyone else like him. He will be missed.

MRJ

Like most everyone he met, Mike has a great influence on my life. I think the same is true for all who knew him well. He loved his family and always wanted the best for them. Mike also wanted the best for those who worked with them. He always strived to help others to achieve their best. Mike always went to bat for those who deserved his help. He will be missed.

Cousin Jane

Dear Joyce, Hal, Nancy, Betsy, Joey and Kelley,
I wish I could be with all of you during this sad time, but you are in my heart as I remember you in my thoughts and prayers. Through the years, Mike and I had such fun picking on each other; he and Hal loved to give me a hard time, but I knew if I ever needed them, they would be there for me. How grateful I am for the many years of happy memories and hilarious laughter whenever the Johnsons and Mattinglys were together; I have lots of pictures to remind me of those times. May God bless you and fill you with His comfort.
Much love from Andy and me,
Jane

We will Miss you Mike!

Johnson Family, Mike was more than my Chief and Mike changed the life that I enjoy now, and I want to thank you for allowing him to lead our organization and spend the time he did with us. Mike no doubt left a mark on all the people he came in contact with. I will miss him and again Thank You! The Key Family

Coach Johnson

To all of the Coach Johnson Family and Friends. We have heavy hearts here at the Gerbus Household. Mike was a huge influence on Scott and Phil. He had a special way about him that taught these boys to become young men and the importance of being a member of a team. We were very blessed to have him in our lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you all ??????

Joyce Johnson,

Joyce, I just heard of Mike’s death.
