Our condolences

I met Joe as a 6th grade transfer to Park Hills Elementary. We played baseball (boys & girls) on the same team in the Red, White & Blue league. He was a pitcher & I was outfielder. Regardless of me being new to the school or a girl playing baseball, Joe was the nicest person. I’m grateful to have known him & my heart is sad for his family & friends. I wish peace and comfort for you. Kindest Regards, Tracey (Lutts) Bracke

Great man

Such a tremendous person I had the pleasure of working with at Cincinnati. Only saw him a few times a year but he was such a delight. Terrific personality. Best story teller, ever. A genuine great guy. Will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

My heart aches with you

I had the pleasure and honor of working with Joe as a service provider to Cincinnati Insurance. Joe always had a positive and friendly demeaner and built relationships that felt more like a friend than a business partner. Had we lived closer together, I believe that Joe and I would have been hunting buddies and possibly shared a bourbon or two. Joe will be missed but I will always cherish the time we did have together. I pray that Joe’s family will find solace in their many wonderful memories and with the understanding of the impact that Joe had on many of us.

With Sympaty.

Joe was a friend to many. Like one of his many friends stated, when you met him it was like no time had passed between meetings.

With deepest sympathy

I remember Joe and Mike from my childhood. I especially remember Joe standing at the top of our (the Bell girls) slide in our back yard. Such fond memories of an amazing young man. Sending prayers for peace and comfort at this difficult time.
