James C. Moberly
James C. Moberly, age 82 of Union KY, died Sunday October 21st at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence. He was a former resident of Fairfield, Ohio and Ft. Mitchell, KY. He worked for 30 years at Ford Motor Company until his retirement in 1994. He then enjoyed his part-time work at Ludlow Hardware and CVG Airport for many years. He was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran.
His father, Everett Moberly and mother Edna Muncie Moberly, 3 sisters Mildred Trimble, Freda Wiseman and Kaye Brandenburg, and 2 nephews, Larry Wiseman and Michael Brandenburg preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Phyllis Briscoe Moberly, and 2 daughters, Lisa (Steve) Egbers of Hebron, KY and Sherri (Randy) Hubbard of Mason, Ohio. His favorite job in life was being “Pappaw” to Abby, Clay and Ethan Egbers and Macy and Meg Hubbard. Fondly remembered by many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson Foundation and/or the Point /Arc of Northern Kentucky.
