Greg “Greggy” Hartke
Gregory “Greg” Hartke, 62, of Cincinnati, OH and Chester Springs PA, passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 21, 2021. Greg was surrounded by his loving family (we took over UC and had a week-long party in his room). Greg was an artist, avid gardener, and a great fan of music (very loud). He was diagnosed with cancer only months ago and died of complications. Greg is survived by his amazing parents, Wayne and Sylvia (nee: Rose) Hartke, brothers, Keith (Della) and Doug (Kathy), sisters, Gina (Rob)Hopple and Christy Hartke along with his daughter, Oliva “Livy” Jackson. Nieces & Nephews: Elizabeth, Joe, Dianna, Bailey, Wayne, Kay & Grace. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at St. Henry Church, Erlanger, KY at 11am. Per family request (Greg hated dressing up so please feel free to dress comfortably). In lieu of flowers (Greg would have preferred vegetables anyhow) memorial contributions (tax deductible so the man gets less $$) can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (www.stjude.org) or UC health (https://www.uchealth.com/foundation/).
