Chad Millay

I’m sorry for your loss.

Our deepest sympathy

Michael and I are so sorry to hear of your loss. We were with Dr. Schaffer when Chad started with him and immediately was comfortable with switching over to him. He was always caring and on top of everything regarding your dental care. He was such a personable sincere guy.
I remember about 10 years ago I had some dental work done and he called not once but several times to check on me and gave me his personal cell number if I needed anything. What a great man he was. He will truly be missed and I am sure all of his patients will be at lost with where to go. I hope that you may find some comfort knowing that you will meet again in everlasting life in heaven.
You and your family are in our prayers and heart,
Michael and Jackie Gallagher

My Sincere Sympathies

I just want to offer my heartfelt sympathies and sadness for Chad’s Family and his Millay Dentistry family. You all remain in my thoughts & prayers.
As one of Chad’s patients for over 20 years; I knew that I would receive the best professional and high standard of care. Besides that, both Chad and his staff were kind and caring. I trusted and respected him and his staff for that!
Chad was “one of the good guys”. He will be sorely missed.

What a man

What a loss to our community. Dr. Millay was not only a very talented and skillful Doctor, he was a leader in his field and at the forefront of technology and dental science. All of that combined is why our family has been treated by him for years. He cared about his patients in a special way and was always helpful, caring and interested in his patient’s well-being in all areas. We are so sorry for your loss. No one can replace him.

This isn’t a goodbye, it’s a see you later.

Dr Millay is a very caring man. I never dreaded coming to the dentist because I knew I was in good hands. I’ve had a lot of dental work through the years. He always made sure you were comfortable, and treated you with so much care. He picked up on things even I failed to realize, or admit. I was very lucky to be able to come back to his office about a year ago and get back on the path of improving my dental health and overall health. I could not tell you how happy I was before Christmas 2019 that I was able to get my teeth fixed, and could smile with confidence again. Dr Millay and the ladies in his office are the best people in the world. They welcome you and treat you like family. I was shocked when I found the news, I was at work and it just didn’t feel real at the time since I had just seen him a few days before. Every day I leave my work, I usually tell the co-worker that closes at night with me “see you later”. My best friend lost her grandpa this year and at the funeral she gave a speech and said “this isn’t a goodbye, it’s a see you later”. To the family and ladies at Dr Millay’s office, remember this isn’t a goodbye, it’s a see you later. -victoria f

A Man For All Seasons

Dr. Millay was way more than an excellent Dentist, always using cutting edge technology to better serve his patients. He truly cared about his patient’s overall health and well being. I have emotional problems, he recognized it – and he always tried to encourage me without prying into my personal life. And it wasn’t just me, he treated his staff, all of his patients and anyone who had contact with his office as someone who was special. I was very lucky to see Dr. Millay in early November, and upon leaving the office I had the opportunity to tell to tell him, how much I appreciated how he treated everyone with respect and kindness. Dr. Chad Millay was truly “A Man For All Seasons.” I offer my deepest sympathy and prayers to his Family, Office Staff, Patients, Friends, and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing this gifted man.
