Doni Attebery

,

Rest in peace brother doni

You were a good friend .

Sorry for your loss

The loss of a loved one is never easy. I hope you can find some comfort in my favorite scripture 2 Corinthians 1:3,4. God will soon end the suffering of each individual. He tenderly comforts those who sincerely look for him.

Memories

Doni, i have many happy memories of you growing up. Many if them involve you asking to cook while at my house. Will never forget the time you decided you wanted to make blackened fish. I asked if you had done it before and you said no but I know how because I saw it done on a cooking show. You were in your teens and I let you do it. Turned out wonderful but what a mess you left my kitchen in. It seems like whenever you came over, you always asked to take over the cooking. A born chef. Love you and will miss you and will keep you in my heart always. Aunt Jeanie

Amazing Human

That wonderful smile lit up a room and my spirits. Every time I went to UpOver I hoped he was there so he could tell me about the amazing food he planned to cook or the hilarious stories about his day. He learned my name the first time he met me and always addressed me by name. He was jovial and fun loving and so very gentle and kind. His spirit was elevated. Doni was an amazing human who made the world a better place, one person, meal, and story at a time. I’m so thankful that I knew him.

So sorry

Dear Attebery family, Joani and I just heard the shocking news about Doni. We are thinking of you all so much. We would be at his service but ironically, we’ll be in New Orleans. We’ll say a pray for him and all of you from there. Doni would like that.
There are no words, but we wanted to let you know that our relationship with Doni was always a bright spot. He was such a great guy and so good to us. I think the last time we were together was at the Dinsmore.
We will never forget him. Keep your arms around each other during this sad time and know you’re all thought of so much. Our deepest condolences to all of you.
With Love, Robin and Joani Lacy (DeZydeco)

My heart goes out to you all

I’m so very sorry, my heart goes out to your beautiful family. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. Misty, Natalie and Caitlyn
