Clara R. Huff

Clara Reese Huff, 75, of Xenia, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 26, 2023 in Kettering, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late John and Dora (Smith) Cornett. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and her family was her greatest joy. She loved to travel, especially to Gatlinburg, TN, and to visit her sister near the ocean in Virginia Beach. She was a hard worker who dedicated her life to caring for others as a CNA.

In addition to her parents, Clara is predeceased by her sisters Helen Rhoades, Edna McIntosh, Thelma Thompson, and Dorothy McIntosh. Left to cherish her memory are her children Randy Huff (Heidi), Ben Huff (Renee), Jerome Huff (Darlene); grandchildren, Darien, Samantha, Gavin, Trey, Cody, Bryce, Chase, Megan, and Melia, great-grandchildren, Ronan, Scarlett, and Everly, siblings, Larry Cornett (Joan) and Lois Johnson, and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her significant other Bob Hornsby and his family ,son Eddie Hornsby, grandchildren Brandon and Paige, and great grandchildren Jalen and Murphy.

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Burlington, Kentucky, followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Burlington Cemetery.
