Carolyn Fultz
Carolyn Sue Fultz of Union Kentucky passed away on Thursday June 17, 2021. Carolyn was a long time member of Florence Baptist Temple and served over 45 years in Erlanger, Boone County, and Florence as a 911 dispatcher.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Opal (nee Drew) Hornsby, her step father Val Gardner, husband Riley Fultz, son Michael Fultz, brother Roy (Debbie) Hornsby, daughter in law Sandra Fultz, and grandson Daniel Fultz. Carolyn is survived by her sons; Joseph (Donna) Fultz and Eric Fultz, siblings; Shirley (David) Humphrey and Kenny (Mary Ann) Hornsby, grandchildren; Ryan (Tabbitha) Fultz, Andrew (Carolyn) Fultz, and Jonathon Fultz, great grandchildren; Daniel, Annabelle, Isiah, Josiah, Caleb, Levi, Eli, Holden, Oliver, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Carolyn will be held Saturday June, 26 2021 at Florence Baptist Temple from 10am-12pm followed by a 12pm service, and burial at Union-Rice Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Florence Baptist Temple. Online condolences can be left at www.LinnemannFuneralHomes.com.
