In Memorium

Greg and I shared the top of a double on Grace Ave in Lakewood, OH when he dj’d at Exedra near CSU. He made some fine dance music for our feet and gave us light when he smiled. Please accept my condolences Mr Drafts. bk

Allota Colada

My face would literally light up every time I saw Greg and Doug walk in to the restaurant and sit at the bar. Even if I was not the bartender for the night and Chloe was taking care of them we would take time to hoot, holler and carry on. You introduced me to real vulnerable friendship and laughter by removing barriers and being real, caring and compassionate. You took time to care about what I had to say and I will forever keep you in my heart. Thanks for coming in to get to know me. You will be truly missed!

former Co-worker Kroger

Gregg was an awesome person and I loved getting to know him. Our first meeting was over the phone as I work for a division of Kroger in Utah and he was one of my main contacts at Kroger. I had to go to Cincinnati for a training and was able to meet him in person and share a meal and meet Doug as well. Wow, you both are such wonderful people and I’m so happy I was able to meet you both in person. I was able to meet Gregg one more time in person before he retired from Kroger. I was so sorry to hear about his passing. The world has lost a wonderful soul. Doug – I pray for your peace at this difficult time. He will be missed by many I’m sure. I celebrate a life well lived, but mourn the passing of a great human being. Till we meet again my friend, rest in peace.

Elizabeth (from The Ritz)

So many nights dancing at Keys when I first started going out, Greg getting the crowd going from behind the boards…many years since I’ve seen him but I remember those nights like yesterday. Deepest condolences to his husband and family–he was much loved here in Cleveland, may he rest in peace.

Greg

Sympathy for his husband and family. He will be missed by many. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to dance to your wonderful music.

Caring Coworker

Carl (Greg) will never be forgotten by anyone who had the opportunity to meet him. I can envision us joking around and laughing while working together at Kroger’s. He was a beam of light to those of us who got to be in his presence. He was a sweetheart and will never be forgotten. I will keep the family and spouse in my thoughts and prayers.
