Blanche Bowen

Blanche Bowen, 78, entered eternal life, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY, on Friday, January 9, 2015. She was a member of Hebron Lutheran Church, an avid history buff, passionate ceramic hobbies and lover of animals. Blanche was preceded by her parents Bartolomeo and Eleanora Agostina Zolezzi, brothers Tony and Dino as well as her sister Anna. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband, of 60 years, Sam Bowen, Jr. of Burlington, KY; children: Nancy Wendling (Timothy) of Union, KY, Samuel Bowen III (Tina) of Independence, KY, Scott Eugene Bowen (Brenda) of Walton, KY, Barbara Crowe (Michael) of Burlington, KY/Tampa, FL, and Charlene Jordan of Cincinnati, OH; 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and many family members and friends. First Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 4PM to 8PM at the Linnemann Event Center in Burlington, KY; Second visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Hebron Lutheran Church form 9AM to 11 AM with Funeral Service to follow at 11 AM and burial at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery.
