Sylvia M. Seng nee Jasper, 89, of Crescent Springs, KY, passed away on July 10, 2017 at Gallatin Nursing and Rehab Center. Sylvia worked as a waitress for Town and Country for a number of years. She also was a member of the Crescent Springs Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, the past President of the VFW Post 1484 in Park Hills, a member of the Sunday Morning Club of the VFW, a member of the Red Hat Club, an avid collector of things, and she thoroughly enjoyed karaoke. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, John Seng III; her siblings, MC Jasper, Earl Jasper, and Lloyd Jasper. Sylvia is survived by her children: Boneita Crone, Vivian Nash, Laura Butler, Rita (Jake) Turner, Dwight (Sharon) Seng, Debbie (Jim) McCabe, Marlene (Verlin) Bailey, Debi Danastasio, and Denise Danastasio; and her siblings, Nina Burton, Shirley (Fred) Salling, Berthel (Sandra) Jasper, and Alberta (Dee) Taylor. She also leaves behind her 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 9:30AM-1:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00PM at the funeral home.
