Robert “Bob” Joseph Lang, 82, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY. Bob was a veteran of the United States Army and with a BSBA from Xavier University he had a distinguished 40 year career in the health finance field beginning with William Booth Memorial Hospital of Covington.  He assisted with all transitions of the hospital ending with what is now St. Elizabeth Florence. His parents: Frank J. and Margaret Lang; siblings: Jerry Lang and Margie Schrudde preceded him in passing. Bob will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary Ann Lang (Stautberg); their children: Doug (Kathi) Lang, Sue Bedel, Patty (Tim) Murphy, Greg (Kelly) Lang, Polly (Steve) Elmlinger, Dave (Stacey) Lang, and Karen (Drew) Green, his sister Mary Carol Bell, 27 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, as well as many family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 2PM to 6PM at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington, KY (entrance from Florence Pike). Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 10 AM at St. Paul Church in Florence, KY followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH.
