To You and Yours

I remember the first time I met him. I was 19 and Karen had befriended me in college. We passed our EMT exam and the family was kind enough to allow me to stay at at the house on my night of call. I was shy and had limited social experiences. Karen being Karen insisted. I was so nervous, no, scared meeting everyoneone. The first time I walked in the house he smiled that smile and I was immediately put at ease. I realized I wouldn’t be there if they weren’t so kind. The family’s gesture allowed me new experiences and I was able to meet other remarkable people, and one really special person. His kind heart is what I will remember. I was truly blessed to have met him.

Dottie & Family

Sorry to hear about Ray’s passing. Had many a good time with Ray and you at the Gun Club. I’ll never forget the vacation that Ray. Ray’s dad, Amos Meyer, and I took in Canada. Hard to forget Ray’s shooting ability. He could pick up a gun after not shooting for some time and break 25 at the trap range. Just a super individual. Keep your chin up at this hard time.
