Paul Scherrer
Paul Scherrer, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on December 4, 2017. He was a beloved, selfless family man, loyal friend and the Director of Strategy and Solutions for Sur-Seal. Paul resided in Hebron, KY and was a longtime Boone County resident. Paul’s legacy lives on in his wife Fran (née Barczak) Scherrer; his four daughters, Annie Varland, Maria (Chris) Terry, Katie (Michael Little) and Abbey Scherrer; his son, Matthew (Kim) Scherrer; and his grandchildren Emma and Noah Varland. He is also survived by his siblings Sue (Harry) Mills, Jack (Janie) Scherrer and Jim (Sally) Scherrer. The Visitation will be held Friday, December 8, from 6-8pm at Linnemann Funeral Home, Burlington. The Mass of Christian Burial and Celebration of Life will follow at 10 am on Saturday, December 9, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Mausoleum entombment will directly follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
