Mary Hunter Ellis, 69, of Crittenden, KY, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was a member of Mary Queen of Heaven Church, worked for Senior Services of Northern Kentucky, she was an avid crafter and reader, and she enjoyed gardening and antiques. Mary also worked as Development Director, Volunteer Coordinator, Donor Manager, assistant to the Executive Director, and a Board Liaison for Stepping Stones for 15 years. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Ruth Hunter; and her brother, Mark Hunter. Mary is survived by children: Robyn (Michael) Howell of Crittenden, KY, Troy (Julia) Ellis of Florence, KY, and Kristen Ellis of Norwood, OH; her siblings, Betty (Peter) Fallat of Greenville, SC, Patty (Terry) Reynolds of Cincinnati, OH, and Jimmy (Sharon) Hunter of Independence, KY. She also leaves behind her 8 grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 4:00PM-6:30PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 7:00PM at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Erlanger. Burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
