Lou Anna Hamilton
Lou Anna Hamilton, 78, entered into eternal life on Monday, January 31, 2017 at her residence with her family and friends at her side. Lou Anna cared deeply for her family. She was a member of Elsmere Church of Christ, an avid bowler and an aquatics for arthritis teacher at Health South. She was preceded in passing by her loving husband of 53 years, Hollie Hamilton; as well as her parents John and Millie Poynter, brother Ted Poynter and nephew Sidney Hamilton. Lou Anna will be dearly missed by her daughter Anna June Hamilton of Northern KY; nieces: Linda (Steve) Hickerson of Tollesboro, KY; Pat (Larry) Doyle of Tollesboro, KY; Sandy (Mike) Oberschlake of Florence, KY; and Cynthia Poynter of Geneva Switzerland; nephew Stuart (Janet) Hamilton of Louisville, KY; as well as many family members and friends. Visitation will be held at the Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington, KY on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 5 PM to 8 PM. The Funeral Service will be held at Linneman’s Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 10 AM with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY.
