Leo Edward Toebbe, 95, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Villaspring Care Center in Erlanger. Leo worked as an Engineer with General Electric’s Aviation Division for 36 years. He was a member of St Joseph Church in Crescent Springs for 65 years and a Navy World War II Veteran.  Preceded in death by his wife Mary “Jeanne” Gastright Toebbe, brothers Frank Toebbe and William Toebbe, sisters Mildred Edmonds and Helen Gough and grandson August Toebbe. Survivors include his sons Greg L. (Kathy) Toebbe of Villa Hills, Gary R. (Jennifer) Toebbe of Ft Wright, daughters Marianne (Mick) Burke of Villa Hills, Cathy Jo (Jerry Deceased) Ficke of Villa Hills, brother Donald Toebbe, sisters Mary Jo Maytum, Betty Kuhlman, Jeannine Omohundro and Margie Unkraut and friend Susan Wilson.  Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, June 5, 2017 from 4pm to 7pm with funeral mass to follow at St Joseph Church Crescent Springs.  Mausoleum entombment will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2017 10am at St Mary Cemetery in Ft Mitchell.
