Franklin Delano Varner, Sr., 79, formerly of Burlington, KY, entered into eternal life on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Bridgepoint Care Center in Florence, KY. Son of the late Lee Ray Milton and Zinnia Lee Varner Frank enjoyed traveling, fishing, loved to play pool and was a great fan of NASCAR. He worked at Crawley Book Binding and Rotek and retired from American Sign. His parents and siblings: Mayme Claypool and Dorothy Barton preceded him in passing. Frank will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 35 years, Sarah Varner; his children Deddi (Paul) Singh of KY, Franklin (Amber) Varner, Jr. of KS, and Tony (Tammy) Varner of KY; step-children: Billy (Karen) Collins of KY, Helen (Alan) Bryant of KY, Larry (Pam) Collins of FL and Lisa Arthur of KY; his brother Walker Varner and brother-in-law Joe Claypool; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, numerous step-grand, and step-great grandchildren as well as many family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 14, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Event Center. Funeral Service will be held the following day Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Event Center with burial at Sand Run Cemetery in Hebron, KY.
