Elizabeth “Betty” Rose Smith

Elizabeth “Betty” Rose Smith nee Kuhr, 87, formerly of Florence, KY, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY. Betty retired as a tax examiner for the Internal Revenue Service. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dorothy Kuhr, and her husband, Glenn Smith. Betty is survived by her daughters, Denise (Curtis) Clay, Lynne (Larry) Shanks, and Victoria Smith. She also leaves behind her 5 grandchildren: Joshua, Valerie, Matthew, Elizabeth, and Craig and her 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 9:00AM-10:00AM at St. Henry Catholic Church in Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 10:00AM at St. Henry Church. Burial will take place Thursday, March, 15, 2018 at 2:00PM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY.
