,

I will miss you

Aunt Dorothy you taught me so much spirituality. I remember when I was in church and would come across something in the Bible that excited me and I would call you and you would get excited too. The way your eyes danced when you talked about God I will never forget. All the kind things you did for everyone. The prayer meetings when it was just the two of us I will always treasure. The most precious memory is you baptizing me. I love you and will greatly miss you.

Sister Dorothy

Sister Dorothy was such a strong woman who always spoke with such conviction and power! She taught me priceless lessons as a little girl and her words continue to guide me, even to this day. Now I use the lessons of hope that she taught me, to teach my own children. I will always remember her singing “some glad morning when this life is over, I’ll fly away….” Sister Dorothy HAS flown away❤❤❤❤ JoAnn Code Geiman

A Wonderful Preacher Who Really Loved The Lord And People

Sister Dorothy was our pastor for many, many years. We and our children went to New Life Chapel two or three times a week for around 15 years. Some of our fondest memories are of our times growing and learning in the Lord through her anointed teaching and preaching. I can still hear her singing “He is mine, He is mine, Jesus I know is mine!” And now He truly is and I’m sure she’s giving Him a big bear hug and dancing for joy… Hold On Jesus! We thank you Sister Dorothy from the bottom of our hearts, you truly changed our lives. The Code Family, Larry and Karen and children

Prayer Warrior has Gone Home

To all the family of Sis Collins: Hate to hear about Sis Dorothy but know she’s in her eternal home. We use to live on the same street as Sis Dorothy for years. I remember so many times hearing her praying from her bedroom. You could hear hear her from a distance outside pleading for the loss and Gods blessings. What a “Prayer Warrior”. Hope everyone knows you are in our prayers and thoughts during this time.
No more pain, worry or tears just everlasting peace and joy for you Sister Dorothy.
