Mimmo was the best kind of friend

Mimmo was the best kind of friend. He not only took an interest in what you had to say and genuinely cared about others and their families, but didn’t just end a conversation with “I hope to see you soon” or something similar. He arranged a group of friends to regularly meet about every six weeks or so. These group gatherings became something Jeff and I really looked forward to and loved. Due to Mimmo’s planning (even though some of us would not adhere to the plan … ,) we met some of our best friends, their families, learned about their business and/or personal interests/hobbies and had lots of laughter, great food and wine. This is why Mimmo, with the support of his beautiful wife, Toni, was the best kind of friend! His legacy will live on through all of us who had the privilege of knowing him. Rest In Peace, my friend. Deepest condolences to Toni, Regina, Brian, Nicole and to all who mourn Mimmo’s passing.

We will never forget

I feel like I was in an hurricane. Even here, far far away, and after all this time, I will always remember you as the first and best friend I met in my American experience. I will pray for your soul tonight, notwithstanding I already know you’re certainly already teaching the Lord how to shot a perfect shot of the sky…
Together with Francesca and Ludovica, we sympathize with the whole Vassallo family, with our beloved Toni, Regina, Brian and Nicole, and with all of the other friends who had the luck to knew you. We will miss you.. RIP Mimmo.
