ERLANGER- Billie Joyce Walters, 89, passed away Sunday February 19, 2017 in Rootstown OH. She was a 4th grade teacher with Erlanger Elementary School for many years. Proceeded in death by her husband Robert Walters in 2002. Survivors include her daughter Cathy (William) Stubblefield of Corvallis, OR and son Robert (Lisa) Walters of Rootstown, OH. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren Kaleigh Stubblefield, Eryn Stubblefield and Chelsee McBroom. Visitation will be held Friday February 24, 2017 from 5pm to 8pm at Linnemann Funeral Homes Erlanger. Funeral service will be held Saturday February 25, 2017 at 10am at funeral home. Burial is being held Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger.
